"I am writing to tell you how delighted I was with the work done by Joel #19.Another large plumbing and heating company, who was already at our house as part of work arranged by the people working in our kitchen, replaced all of the "O" rings in a MIRA 722 shower water control--using a kit from the manufacturer--because of a drip.Within days of the work being done, the shower started to drip again.The owner of the other company told me that he was not surprised and that it was really my fault/lack of knowledge for not have ordered a replacement control.I showed Joel the problem and he told me that he was not familiar with the control, so I showed him where he could watch an online video.Joel then quickly found that the drip was caused by a split in a "new looking" "O" ring."
